Dimo Katrandzhiev has experience in the personal data protection and real estate practices areas, and wishes to develop in the future his expertise in the field of Digital/IT Law and E-commerce, Data Protection and Privacy, Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate and Construction Law, as well as regulatory frameworks, related to the implementation of European Union Law.

Projects

As part of the team of “Penkov, Markov and Partners”, Dimo Katrandzhiev participates in working groups for the provision of overall legal services in the fields of data protection and real estate matters, provided on a day to day basis to the clients of the law firm in their commercial activity.

Personal Data Protection: involvement in projects related to provision of overall legal assistance regarding GDPR compliance and also national legislation compliance to Bulgarian and international companies; preparation of documents, statements on enquiries; etc.

Real Estate: involvement in due diligence projects as regards to the legal status and history of real estate properties.
