Ms. Pashalieva is experienced in the field of Real Estate and Labour law, Contracts and Commercial law. She participates in litigations in the field of the Civil and Administrative law and provides legal assistance to clients in the field of Public Procurement.

Ms. Pashalieva has participated in various working groups in Penkov, Markov & Partners for provision of legal advice and consultations as well as for legal representation of clients under the following key projects: commercialization of Paradise Commercial Centre – Sofia, legal analysis and consultations in the process of realization of energy projects for production of electricity from renewable energy sources on the territory of Bulgaria, legal assistance and consultations of Ericsson, Nokia Siemens, Elbit Security Systems, etc. in their participation in public procurement projects.
