Practice Areas

Mrs. Tihova has practical experience in legal surveys, preparation of legal documents and representation of clients in different areas of business law including commercial contracts, negotiations with respect to commercial transactions and advising legal entities on corporate issues and company law. She provides legal assistance in in relation to competition and consumer protection, protection of trademarks and copyrights, provides legal representation in litigations in the field of civil, commercial and administrative law.

Projects

Ms. Tihova has participated in the provision of legal advice and consultation, representation of clients, including litigation in relation to the following projects: legal assistance on matters such as television sales, development, implementation and application of direct marketing strategies to one of the largest teleshopping organizations in Central and Eastern Europe. With regard to the company’s activities in Bulgaria and its exclusive rights as an official representative for Bulgaria, Ms. Tihova has provided ongoing legal services including, but not limited to: unlawful use of the company’s trademarks and intellectual property, product imitation, comparative advertising and  unfair competition in attracting customers, preparing contracts and participation in negotiations on employment issues, as well as drafting labor contracts and internal regulations for the employer. Investment Projects: Ms. Tihova has participated in procedures for obtaining an electricity trading license for a 10 years period for one of the largest Greek companies operating on the Greek market and the region. Litigation: Ms. Tihova litigates claims referring to matters of debt collection of large public services companies in the process of restructuring of bad debts and has participated in a debt collection project for a large Bulgarian bank.
