Mrs. Georgieva practices in the areas of Company and Commercial law, Public Procurement, Personal data protection and the Pharmaceutical law. She has experience in the execution of various legal documents as well as in the research of diverse areas of the legislation.

Mrs. Georgieva has been part of the working groups for preparation of legal due diligences, as well as in the preparation and participation in judicial and arbitration proceedings.


Mrs. Georgieva was part of PMP working groups in the fields of precautionary and enforcement proceedings, commercial law, including overall legal services provided to the PMP clients in their commercial operations.

Preparation of tender documentation for Public Procurement Procedures.

Due Diligence and assessment of the factual situation of Blizoo Media and Broadband EAD and Pro Credit Bank Bulgaria EAD.

She was part of PMP specialized working groups for drafting and filing 120 appeals on behalf of green energy producers against Decision C-33 (“access fee”, declared unconstitutional), Decision SP-1 (“net specific production of electricity”) and Decision C-27 (related to the electricity price with added fee “responsibility to society”) of the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission (EWRC).

Ms. Georgieva is actively involved in the the personal data protection working group in Penkov, Markov and Partners.

The team provides practical trainings to the clients of PMP, with regard to the new EU regulations, which are implemented in the Bulgarian legislation
