Rumyana Yordanova is among the proactive young members in the team of Penkov, Markov and Partners. Evidence of this is Mrs. Yordanova's participation in TV shows, national and international forums, as well as events of the LEX MUNDI group, part of which is Penkov, Markov & Partners Law Firm.

Mrs. Yordanova holds the only globally recognised certificate in the area of privacy and personal data protection — CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe).

Rumyana is a lecturer at public events and part of the specialized team on "Personal Data Protection". The team currently has more than 100 projects on implementing the requirements of Regulation (EC) 2016/679 - GDPR.

The young attorney currently provides legal advice to Bulgarian and foreign clients on particular aspects of digital, corporate and business law, as well as structuring real estate, acquisitions, mergers and reorganization, including the establishment of company structures.

At the same time, Rumyana has and develops expertise in the fields of: Transportation and International Law, Privacy and Confidentiality, Corporate and Company Law, Contractual and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking Law, Transportation Law, Digital Law / IT aspects, Cybersecurity and Information Protection.

As a member of the team at Penkov, Markov & Partners Ms. Yordanova took part in the major projects of preparing reports on legal consultations, providing opinions and legal advice to leading Bulgarian and international business entities, legal training programs and analysis and an assessment of the relevant factual and legal grounds.

Ms. Yordanova has participated in projects that concern the provision of complex services, including in the field of personal data protection, corporate law, real estate transactions of some of the leading sectoral representatives in the country, respectively in the transport sector: "Schenker" EOOD, BDZ - Passenger Transports, Petko Angelov BG EOOD; construction and constructions sector: "Artex" AD; manufacturing and industry: "Balev Corporation" EOOD; financial and banking law: "Piraeus Bank Bulgaria" AD, "D Bank"; IT Sector: Policomp Ltd, Stemo Ltd.; Food and Restaurant Branch: The “Happy Group” Companies.

Ms. Yordanova also has experience in the preparation of documentation regarding participation in public procurement procedures.
