Our corporate culture entails the courage and determination to show the correct path, to always seek a new best solution and, in this way, to create a genuine tailor-made service, mastering the challenges of time and change. This means a farewell to conventional thinking.

The lawyers of PM&P always stand by the side of the client when he is about to make a decision and they share the moral responsibility. This approach requires loyalty, utmost dedication and motivation of all lawyers, as well as regular feedback from clients and management.

The corporate culture is further strengthened by the fact that it is a pleasure for our lawyers to work for their clients and to be part of the team, which they view as a great opportunity for professional and human development.

Another essential element of the corporate culture is the aspiration for relations of respect to all units of the law firm, whose good performance is ultimately of equal importance for the overall success and good service. Therefore PM&P emphasizes on the proper and committed relationships among all colleagues.

The faster adaptation to the clients’ real needs is fostered also by the continuous promotion of commitment to social issues and to people in need, which enhances such qualities as dedication and mutual assistance that are so important for good service.

Since 2008 PM&P has been awarding a special prize, Bulgarian Lion, a statuette and a diploma as a sign of recognition and gratitude for outstanding achievements and for special contribution of colleagues and partners to recognize their huge motivation.
