Penkov, Markov & Partners Law Firm Held the First Online Legal Forum in Bulgaria

Penkov, Markov & Partners Law Firm held the first online legal forum in our country on the topic "The Specialists Talk: COVID-19 and the New Business Rules". The leading experts of the law firm presented a professional analysis on current issues related to the latest legal changes in support of business in the country in the context of a pandemic. At the same time, they emphasized on the challenge of taking effective actions to deal with the pandemic related to the restriction of rights and freedoms, but in strict compliance with the constitution and democratic procedures.

Lawyers Vladimir Penkov and Nikolay Cvetanov, along with Radost Georgieva, labor law specialist at Penkov, Markov & Partners, were the main speakers at the forum. They presented the latest legal changes related to Covid-19 in our country and analyzed whether the economic measures taken were sufficient, the changes in the labor law, and the ineffectiveness of the measure 60/40 from a business point of view.

The first legal forum in the country aroused strong interest and the quality and content of the meeting were highly appreciated by the participants.
