Over the years of the transition and the gradual introduction of free market relations in Bulgaria, initially even against the background of missing explicit legal framework, PM&P has consulted foreign and Bulgarian clients in the incorporation of companies and holdings and in the strengthening of good practices in the sphere of financing, loan agreements, leasing arrangements, etc.

PM&P takes pride in its contribution to the assertion of the European principles and good practices in the field of competition, prohibited agreements and consumer protection.

In the sphere of information technologies and media PM&P pioneered the introduction of general terms and conditions and consumer protection when they were totally missing. The same conclusion refers also to the spheres of telecommunications, energy and renewable energy sources. This approach has led to the involvement of experts of the law firm in working groups of various ministries and non-governmental organizations for the drafting of new bills harmonized with the EU legislation. It has greatly enhanced the overall professional level and experience of the PM&P team.
