Mr. Tsanov has practical experience in the fields of Company law, Banking law, Project and structured finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructuring and Insolvency, litigation on civil, commercial and administrative judicial proceedings. He has been involved in preparing legal due diligence reports in the field of mergers and acquisitions of corporate clients, as well as in projects of full consulting services of clients in relation to public tenders. Since 2017, Mr. Tsanov has been included in the list of persons who may be appointed as insolvency administrators in insolvency proceedings under the Commercial Law.
