Practice Areas

Mr. Lazarov is among the young team members at Penkov, Markov and Partners. He practices and wish to develop his expertise in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law, Banking and Finance Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as that of Project Finance and Securities related thereto.

He has practical legal experience in drafting various legal documents and commencing research in different areas of the law and he is especially interested in Energy Sector and Natural Resources and related Regulatory Permissions.

Projects

Mr. Lazarov has participated in PMP working groups for the implementation of overall legal services in the fields of civil and administrative proceedings, precautionary and enforcement proceedings, company and commercial matters provided on a day to day basis to the clients of the law firm in their commercial activity.

As a team member at Penkov, Markov & Partners, Mr. Lazarov has taken part in the following major projects: Subsidies: overall legal services related with application for and granting of state funding in the field of Energy sector; Litigation: part of the team involved in the protection of the interests of Credit Suisse AG and PAC Doverie AD under civil, commercial and administrative disputes; Legal analysis and assessment of the factual state of Tokuda Bank AD, TBI Bank EAD and ProCredit Bank EAD.
