Personal assistant

  • Act as the point of contact between the Chairman and Senior Partner and internal/external clients
  • Assist and support the business activities of the Chairman and Senior Partner
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Source office supplies
  • Image processing and prepress arrangements
  • Ensure the smooth running of all office activities
  • Written and simultaneous translation from and to English, for the needs of the companies
  • Work in strict deadlines
  • Manage all aspects of office environment and support functions
  • Administrative experience of at least 4 years
  • Fluency in English and Bulgarian language (both written and spoken) is a MUST!
  • Proof of proficiency in English is recommended and will be considered as an advantage, as will be knowledge of German
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Positive attitude, attention to details and commitment to excellence
  • Excellent computer skills; word processing, database and spreadsheet skills
  • Skilled PC user (MS Office)
  • Perfectly organised, communicative, presentable
  • Highly motivated and dynamic
  • Understands importance of discretion and confidentiality
  • University degree
Previous experience in a multinational environment will be considered as an advantage;
